Speak - April DPS workshop

We had our 7th annual DPS workshop in Costa Rica this past April. We had another wonderful international group featuring folks from Denmark, Barbados, Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica and the United States.

The group worked on the issue of communication, specifically how we speak to the people we live with. It was a lively week that incorporated new energy I have been using in clowning, exercises in communication directly taken from Alternatives to Violence plus some Open-Space technology sharing by all of the participants.

The community Forum presentation was well received with several interventions, including more international involvement from some guests from Sweden.

We closed the whole process by delving into 1-3-2 image thinking, which got the group in a meaningful exploration of the directions their lives would take as they moved forward following this work.
